Class Descriptions

Group Power

Group Power is your Hour of Power! Blast all your muscles with this high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates and body weights, Group Power combines squats, lunges, presses and curls with functional integrated exercises. Dynamic music and a motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you sweat and push you to a personal best.

Group Kick

A gripping hour that burns a tone of calories and builds total body strength! Group Kick combines cutting-edge moves with thrilling music.

Boot Camp

BootCamp has many forms but primarily involves one exercise to another in set periods of time.  Each interval varies from 1-3 minutes alternating between strength and cardio .  You will utilizes challenging segments of cardiovascular work, muscle conditioning, and other athletic drills to ensure a complete body workout.

What is a keycard gym?

A keycard is required to get access to the gym 21 hours per day, 365 days per year.

Who teaches the live classes

Each instructor is certified in their class activities.

Do you offer childcare?

No. We have no facilities or personnel to watch children. It is best to make other arrangements during your workout.

How safe is it to come by myself?

Our well-lit facility is monitored 24 hours a day. Key-card access insures only TeamFitness members can enter and exit the gym. Panic necklaces are available to wear during your workout time and if pressed will immediately trigger an emergency response.
